I am a passionate marketplace and peer-to-peer platform builder and leader with high tenacity.
I've had an unusual career path that combines building marketplaces from scratch and on the other hand scaling them at established tech companies providing me with a unique overall perspective on deeply understanding platform dynamics to drive sales with sustainable impact.
I founded MUSINGOO, a European peer-to-peer marketplace connecting musicians with venues. As a founder, I built hands on platform features and experienced firsthand marketplace dynamics network effects, user acquisition, and managing both supply and demand.
Scaled a 20+ high performing business development team at Groupon Inc. I intentionally started as BDR from scratch to deeply understand the Groupon BD culture from the ground up.
Previously, as VP Sales & Marketing for DACH and US markets at the Trello competitor Taskworld, I founded the Taskworld Europe headquarters and built enterprise features with asia pacific product teams to win major clients within Europe and the US - including the Federal Reserve Bank. Working across European and US markets taught me that the best sales happen when you deeply understand how the marketplace works under the hood. The lessons I learned as a founder directly apply to corporate operations, just at much larger scale. What makes my background unique is my overall cycle: I've personally built marketplace technology, founded international operations, built up and scaled BDR Teams, run marketing campaigns, and closed enterprise deals across two major markets. I understand both strategic pipeline management from volume to weighted conversion and marketplace-specific operations like taxonomy groups and merchant ranking optimization at scale.
I'm drawn to companies that connect people and create value - whether that's people finding exceptional restaurant delivery experiences, musicians finding venues, drivers connecting with riders overall it is platforms which change connection dynamics fundamentally.
